Bentley Lake gets much water; the month with most of the rain is March, and the driest month is October. Summertime highs at Bentley Lake frequently tend to be in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Bentley Lake. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater       paddling on Big Cedar Creek, and camping at The Rock Camp Ground is always a good experience. If you need a place to stay Country Hearth Inn Cedartown is a pleasant choice; if you've had enough of Bentley Lake, Pettit Lake is nearby. Bentley Lake is not far at all from Cedartown, and Bentley Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Rome-floyd County Recreation is a splendid local campground.
