This lake is so wonderful. There are other locations here than Benedicts                  Pond, for example Vance Lake, and a short tour to Cedartown Spring is always worthwhile. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. Pumpkin Pile Creek is a fine spot to have a look at, and Vance Lake Dam is a pretty spot, absolutely worth checking out. Benedicts Pond is a place with many visitors from Cedartown, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Johnnies Creek.
