For the period of the summertime months here at Beaver Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High       temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's while Beaver Lake overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's. Yeah, come here to Beaver Lake for a good time. If you're a golfer then a splendid close by course is Woodmont Golf Club; Twin Lakes Park is a brilliant campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. On a nice day at Beaver Lake you can take a hike along the Brookshire Creek Trail. Beaver Lake is a great site to visit                  for more than one day, Marietta Campground is a great site to camp nearby, and whitewater paddling is good on Big Creek. Beaver Lake is a rather wet place regularly with a good deal of precipitation; March is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is October. This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on Long Swamp Creek; Comfort Inn Canton is a glorious location to get some rest. You can take a little visit to Beaver Lake Dam since you're here at Beaver Lake.
