Bearden Lake is always a pleasure to visit. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Cartecay River Watershed Structure Number Five Dam has good water scenery and it's near Bearden Lake, and there's some flowing water nearby, Bearden Creek is a stream you can stop by while here. Bearden Lake is a beautiful lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of George Mountain can be seen from Bearden Lake, and

| | Bearden Lake is not the only site close by, Diamond Lake is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Comfort Inn & Suites, and Bearden Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Toccoa Valley Campgrounds is a pleasant local campground. Summertime highs at Bearden Lake regularly tend to be in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and night | |

lows at Bearden Lake during the wintertime generally fall into the 20's. Now, you may feel that's loads but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Bearden Lake. Camping at Diamond Lure Campground is always a perfect experience,
and get yourself into a kayak and hit Toccoa River. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things truly is bountiful here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. If you need a place to stay Blue Ridge - Days Inn is a wonderful choice, and do take a hike
on the Tearbritches Trail. Bearden Lake is a wet place that gets a good deal of rain; March is the wettest month with most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you come at the right time of year,
Cartecay River offers some great whitewater, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Black Mountain Trail. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Benton Mackaye Trail, and of course, A spree to Low Gap is always fun.
