This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water nearby, Amos Creek is a stream you can stop at while you're here; Bassinger Pond is not the only place nearby, Sutton Pond is a nearby lake. If the weather is brilliant here at Bassinger Pond, you can go for a hike along the Whitly Gap Trail. People from Cornelia love to come to Bassinger Pond; not far from Bassinger Pond you acquire some perfect water scenery at       Yoemans Dam. There's whitewater on Mud Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and Cornelia-Days Inn is a nice location to get some rest. Have a great hiking adventure along the Raven Cliff Falls Trail, and Bassinger Pond is a perfect spot to visit for more than one day, Serendipity Park Nudist Resort is a perfect spot to camp nearby. Any time is a nice time at Bassinger Pond if you have a thing about the outdoors.
