This lake is so wonderful. Barnesville Reservoir regularly gets a lot of rain; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain while October is usually the driest month. After a long day outdoors Best Western Hilltop Inn is a glorious place to spend a night or two, and get dripping wet paddling on Towaliga River.       Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! Barnesville Reservoir is unbeatable! You'll hit upon a stunning lake called English Lake near Barnesville Reservoir, and it's a brilliant idea to stop at Big Towaliga Creek. Lamar Inn and Suites is a great location to get some rest, and a nice place to camp here at Barnesville Reservoir is Beaver Creek Campground. For the period of the summertime months at Barnesville Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 80's                  while overnight lows are frequently in the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Barnesville Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Morgan's Dairy Golf Club is a delightful way to kill some time, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Little Towaliga River.
