After a long day outdoors Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center is a brilliant location to spend a night or two, and if you're a golfer then a splendid close by course is Summergrove Golf Club. There are other places here than Banks Lake, for example Lake Ann. There's so much to do here at Banks Lake that you need to camp       here for a while, Pirkle Campground is a great location for that. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Sleep Inn Peachtree City is a great choice. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Banks Lake has to offer, you can camp at South Oaks Manufactured Home. So many exciting things to do here at Banks Lake, too great to be true. Paddling on Line Creek is so much fun; needless to say Linch Branch flows through this area. All the                  water falling down from the sky makes Banks Lake a wet spot; the wettest month of the year is generally March, that's the one that rains the most, and September is when it's the driest. Throughout the days of summer at Banks Lake highs are mostly in the 80's. Summer night lows drop down to the 60's.
