Ballard Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This is a popular place for people from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta, and if you've had enough of Ballard Pond, Crystal Lake is close by. Much rainfall falls at Ballard Pond; March is the wettest month with most rain while September is frequently the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
