There's some flowing water close by, Black Creek is a stream you can stop at while here; if you need a place to stay Talbotton Motel is a delightful choice. Badcock Lake Dam is not far at all from Badcock Lake, and glide down the rapids of Lazer Creek in a kayak. Through the warm months, highs commonly are in the 90's at Badcock Lake. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into       the 70's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Badcock Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Camp Vista Campground is a glorious site to camp, of course you could also stop by North Williams Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. Badcock Lake is a pretty wet place frequently with a good deal of precipitation; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most                  rain, and the driest month is October. Western Motel is a great place to get some rest, and Country Vista Campground is a wonderful campground here.
