at North Fork Broad River Structure Five Dam; if you come at the right time of year, Chauga River offers some brilliant whitewater. Ayers Pond is a reasonably wet place regularly with a lot of rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout March, and the driest month is October. This lake is so wonderful.
