During the warmest time of the year highs here at Ayers Pond reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while Ayers Pond night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at       Ayers Pond, you could also go to gorgeous Fulbright Pond. There's so much to do here at Ayers Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Toccoa Rv Park & Campground is a great location for that. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Glide down the rapids of Nancy Town River in a kayak, and if you come at the right time of year, Big Panther Creek offers some great whitewater. Ayers Pond gets a large amount of water; of all the months in a year                  March is the one with the most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month. Dry warm beds await you at Knights Inn & Suites Toccoa, and Ayers Pond is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Russell Campground is a glorious local campground.
