Yep, outdoors amusing things to do are beyond doubt bountiful here at Ashley Lake. There's always Ashley Lake Dam to stop by close to Ashley Lake; hiking along the Mounds Trail is great fun. At Ashley Lake you always meet someone from Athens-Clarke County; camping is available at North Shore       Resort. Ashley Lake gets lots of water; during March this area sees the most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture. Get your heart pumping on the fine whitewater of Apalachee River, naturally you could also check out Bear Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Have a nice hiking adventure along the Falling Camp Trail. High temperatures at Ashley Lake through the warm days of summer are in the 80's. Summer nighttime                  lows descend down to the 60's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's; night lows in the 30's for Ashley Lake.
