Ashley Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area near Ashley Lake has to offer. Ashley Lake is right by the Scull Shoals Trail, and people from Athens-Clarke County love to come here. highs here at Ashley Lake reach the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's while Ashley Lake nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's.
