All the water falling down from the sky makes Anthony Lake a wet place; during the month of July you get the most rain around here while October is usually the driest month. Chattahoochee River is a magnificent whitewater spot next to Anthony Lake; a quick visit to Flatrock Branch is absolutely a great idea. Home-Towne Suites - Columbus is a delightful place to get some rest, and Beaver Lake is       a nearby lake that you could have a look at. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. Anthony Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Anthony's Mobile Park is a good local campground, and Flat Rock Lake Dam is a scenic site. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Anthony Lake you can play some golf at Bull Creek Golf Course; at Anthony Lake you always meet someone from Columbus. If you came to camp Lake Pines Camp Ground                  is a glorious location to do that. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Mulberry Creek, and dry warm beds await you at WYNDHAM GARDEN COLUMBUS. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Anthony Lake; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
