Lake Tobesofkee
16 miles away
Lake Tobesofkee is an excellent get-away for PWC riding and just ''hanging out'' with friends and family.  Very clean beaches, picnic and camping areas, my experiences over the past three years have been nothing but positive.  Friendly and knowledgable employees, Rangers and visitors, Lake Tobo is definitely a top place to enjoy the warm Georgia weather for a weekend or weekday....

Twin Bridges Trail
17 miles away
The Twin Bridges Trail is a bit strenuous and half of it is along the lake. It ends near a hunting camp where trash is dumped by campers. I really wish the trail were longer. USFS needs to consider walk-in camping with a parking area to require campers to walk 1/4 mile to the sites. The gate needs to be locked to the lakeside lots except for hunting season....
