Thomas Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and you can take a little trip to Thin River Orchard Dam while you're here at Adams Pond. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Adams Pond has to offer, you can camp at Serendipity Park Nudist Resort, and on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. Do stop at English Pond near       Adams Pond, it's a charming lake, and dry warm beds await you at Cornelia-Days Inn. Adams Pond gets much water; the month with most of the rain is March, and the driest of the months is October. Throughout the long summer days, highs regularly are in the 80's at Adams Pond. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Adams Pond. This                  lake is so wonderful. A perfect location for whitewater paddling right next door to Adams Pond is Mud Creek, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Raven Cliff Falls Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Adams Pond is a fine spot to visit for more than one day, Mountain Creek Grove Nudist is a fine spot to camp nearby, and the Whitly Gap Trail is a brilliant hiking trail close by. Looking for some flowing water? Try Yellowbank Creek, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Cornelia is a splendid site to spend a night or two. Adams Pond in fact is in the middle of a gorgeous outdoors paradise.
