What a nice lake Lake Acworth is. This lake is so wonderful. You could also visit Whites Lake since you're here at Lake Acworth; it's nearby. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lake Acworth has to offer, you can camp at Old Hi-way 41 Campground Number 3. Lake Acworth sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and October on the other hand is the driest. Stay the night at Holiday Marina

| | Harbor, and if you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel -Acworth/Atlanta Area is a magnificent choice. This lake is so wonderful. Cobblestone Golf Course is a fine golf course close by, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Sope Creek. After a long day outdoors Americas Best Inns-Acworth is a good place to spend a night or two, and if you have the time, Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is a national park worth visiting. and obviously Butler Creek is a pretty stream that is worth taking a look at. High temperatures at Lake Acworth throughout the days of summer are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime
brings highs down to the 40's; through the dark hours in the winter at Lake Acworth temperatures drop to the 20's.
