You could also stop at Coulter Basin while you're here at The X; it's nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Pensacola. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something in close proximity to The X? The Wye is close at hand, and why not camp at Tall Oak's Campground RV Park since you're here at The X. During the long summer days here at The X, high temperatures frequently get       into the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 70's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 50's; nighttime lows all through the winter for The X tend to be in the 30's. The X beyond doubt is in the middle of a scenic outdoors paradise. If you're a golfer then a pleasant close by course is Scenic Hills Country Club, and a delightful location to camp here at The X is Woodridge Park. Value Place Penascola is a brilliant place to get some rest, and                  check out close by East River.
