The warmest time of the year at Winding Tree Lake comes with high temperatures in the 90's while night lows are ordinarily in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 60's, and overnight lows through the winter for Winding Tree Lake tend to be in the 40's. Red Carpet Inn Starke is a nice place to get some       rest, and you're almost certainly addicted to lakes, Bull Pond is one of those close by. There are plenty of people from Palatka here at Winding Tree Lake, and if you've had enough of Winding Tree Lake, Lake Washington is nearby. Winding Tree Lake is a rather wet place usually with a large amount of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most, and October on the other hand is the driest. You feel that's                  sufficient? Just getting warmed up. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Keystone Golf & Country Club is a great way to kill some time.
