There are swamps here too; Big Cypress Swamp is close by, and Cochran Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore. Throughout the days of summer here at Wilson Lake, high temperatures       generally reach the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 70's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 70's, and nighttime lows in the 50's for Wilson Lake. Wilson Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; December on the other hand is the driest.
