The high level of rain makes White Pond a reasonably wet location; the wettest month of the year is mostly January, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is October. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at White Pond you can play some golf at Florida Caverns Golf Course; needless to say Baker Creek is a pretty stream that is worth going to. Why not camp at Florida Caverns State Park if       you're here at White Pond, and Americas Best Inns Marianna is a great site to get some rest. If you came for an overnight stay Arrowhead Campsites is a good site to camp. After a long day outdoors Ramada Limited Marianna is a good location to spend a night or two, and White Pond is not the only place close by, Swain Pond is a close by lake. During the summertime at White Pond highs are typically in the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures are in                  the 60's.
