White Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; August is the month that gets the most rain while October is usually the driest month. Summertime highs at White Lake regularly tend to be in the 90's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 70's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 60's while the cold winter nights at White Lake are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Float       down the rapids of Falling Creek in a kayak, and Bachelor Lake is a pleasant lake close by. Swamps don’t sound that glorious but Gum Slough near White Lake is quite glorious, and Econo Lodge Live Oak is a splendid location to get some rest.
