For the period of the warmest time of the year here at Lake Whistler, high temperatures commonly reach the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 70's; after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Lake Whistler descend into the 50's. If you came to camp Big Tree RV Park is a good place to do that,       and you're possibly addicted to lakes, Lake Arietta is one of those nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Super 8 Motel - Winter Haven is a nice location to get some rest; a golf course nearby is The Hamptons Golf Club. Here at Lake Whistler you'll most likely meet some folks from Lakeland-Winter Haven, and Lake Whistler is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Craig's RV Park is a wonderful local campground. If you need a place to stay Best Western EOD                  5/30/06 Auburndale Inn & Suites is a good choice. Lakes are nice; Lake Myrtle is a lake that's next to Lake Whistler. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area near Lake Whistler has to offer.
