Nearing Hill can be seen from Watts Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Chipley Days Inn. Watts Pond gets much water; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is October. Stay the night at Falling Waters State Park, and if you need a place to stay SUPER 8 MOTEL - CHIPLEY is a delightful choice. Helms Branch is a       glorious local stream. There's so much to do here at Watts Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Northwest Florida Campground is a delightful location for that. Why not stop at a swamp like Spence Bay since you're here at Watts Pond, and of course, this is a tremendous area for folks who like lakes, Blue Lake is a lake in close proximity. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at Watts Pond. During the long summer days,                  highs regularly are in the 90's at Watts Pond while overnight lows are frequently in the 70's.
