There's so much to do here at Wash Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Hart Springs Park is a wonderful site for that; if you've had enough of Wash Pond, Morgan Pond is close by. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Otter Springs RV Resort is a fine place to do that, and Best Western Suwannee       Valley Inn is a magnificent place to get some rest. All the water falling down from the sky makes Wash Pond a wet place; July is the wettest month with most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month. All through the summer highs here at Wash Pond reach the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 70's.
