Tooke Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Hawks Nest RV Park is a tremendous local campground, and if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Weeki Wachee is a splendid choice. There's so much to do here at Tooke Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Camp-a-wyle Lake Resort is a great site for that, and there are plenty of people from Homosassa Springs here at Tooke Lake. Tooke Lake gets       a lot of water; August is the wettest month with most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Glen Lakes Country Club is a good way to kill some time; a magnificent nearby hotel is Quality Inn Spring Hill. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Tooke Lake. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 70's.
