High temperatures at Tobe Lake during the summer months are in the 90's while overnight lows are commonly in the 70's. For the period of the wintertime highs are generally in the 60's with temperatures at Tobe Lake dipping down into the 40's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. The Ocala National Recreation Trail is a tremendous       hiking trail near Tobe Lake, and Camp Kiwanis Organizational Campground is a perfect campground nearby. Tobe Lake is not the only location nearby, Clear Lake is a nearby lake, and US Forestry Department is a brilliant local campground. On a great day at Tobe Lake you can take a hike along the Prairie Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Scottish Inns Silver Springs. Tobe Lake is a pretty wet place mostly with a lot of rain; July is the month that gets the most                  rain, and October on the other hand is the driest. If only every place had this much outdoors exciting things, what a great world it would be.
