Lots of folks from Homosassa Springs come to Tiger Lake, and Comfort Inn Crystal River is a fine place to get some rest. After a long day outdoors Crystal River-Days Inn is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. Lakes? Sure, Lindsey Lake is in the vicinity. Tiger Lake usually gets a large amount of precipitation; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest       month is October. Swamps can be such interesting places, explore Cypress Prairie while you're here at Tiger Lake, and going for a hike along the West Fort Island Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. This place, Tiger Lake, it simply has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. If you came to camp Rainbow State Parkrings State Park is a great location to do that, and Rainbow's End Golf & Country Club is a golf course close by. For the                  period of the summer months highs here at Tiger Lake get into the 90's with night lows in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 60's; through the dark hours in the winter at Tiger Lake temperatures descend to the 40's. There's so much to do here at Tiger Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Withlacoochee Backwaters Mobile Home and RV Park is a brilliant location for that, and not far from Tiger Lake you'll come across Bonable Lake which is a gorgeous lake.   Comfort Inn Crystal River, Crystal River 14 miles away Golf, restaruants, shopping, boating, fishing, are all nearby.
