Tenmile Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. There are other places here than Tenmile Pond, for example Alton Lake; Cindy's Motor Lodge is a perfect location to get some rest. Why not check out a swamp like Coon Bay if you're here at Tenmile Pond, and if you came to camp Suwannee River State Park is a glorious location to do that.
This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Tenmile Pond that you need to camp here

| | for a while, Mayo Blue Springs Park is a great location for that, and dry warm beds await you at River Rendezvous. A large amount of rainfall falls at Tenmile Pond; August is the wettest month with most rain while October is regularly the driest month. All through the warm months, highs generally are in the 90's at Tenmile Pond, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. For the period of the winter the highs are typically in the 60's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Tenmile Pond.
