If you are in Flagler county it's always a good idea to stop by Lake Swamp. So much fun stuff to do at Lake Swamp, so little time. A visit to Fort Matanzas National Monument is recommended. There's so much to do here at Lake Swamp that you need to camp here for a while, Moonshine Campground is a nice spot for that; this is a popular place for people from Palm Coast. Golf can be played at River Bend Golf Club; SUPER 8 MOTEL - ORMOND BEACH is a perfect site to get some rest. Lake Swamp is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Encore Super Park-daytona Beach North is a splendid local campground, and lakes are such serene spots, why not stop at Bonnet Lake. Swamp, and the nighttime is somewhat chillier of course, usually in the 70's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Lake Swamp are in the 40's.
This lake is so wonderful.
After a long day outdoors Quality Inn Ormond Beach is a perfect place to spend a night or two; Sawgrass Lake is a splendid lake nearby.

We are only minutes from the Beach. Walking distance to many resturants.
