This is no location for people who don’t like to have a good time. Summertime highs at Submarine Lake commonly tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 70's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 70's while Submarine Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the 40's. A lake close by is Little Lake; why not go to a swamp like Bill Bay since you're here at Submarine Lake. Here at Submarine       Lake there are plenty of folks from Sebring; if you came for an overnight stay Nybert's Fishing Resort is a good place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Four Points by Sheraton Sebring, Chateau Elan, and camping at Submarine Lake is delightful fun, Lake Bonnet Village is a delightful local campground. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Submarine Lake; Peavine Trail is a fine local trail, and Westgate River Ranch is a good location                  to get some rest.
