A good spot to camp here at Stubbs Lake is Tall Oak's Campground RV Park, and Stubbs Lake is not the only site close by, Waldorf Lake is a close by lake. Stubbs Lake gets a lot of water; through July this area sees the most rain while October is typically the driest month. At Stubbs Lake through the long summer days highs       are in the 90's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 70's. Through the winter highs are mostly in the 50's with temperatures at Stubbs Lake dipping down into the 30's during winter nights.
