Red Carpet Inn Starke is a great spot to get some rest; a wonderful place to camp here at Stevens Lake is Mike Roess Gold Head Branch State Park. Stevens Lake is a wet location that gets a great deal of rainfall; August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is October. A great close by hotel is Best Western Motor Inn; camping at Kingsley Beach RV Campground and Resort is always a splendid experience.       This lake is so wonderful. Starke Golf & Country Club is a great golf course nearby, and lakes are such peaceful spots, why not stop by Blue Pond. Through the months of summer, highs commonly are in the 90's at Stevens Lake while night lows are commonly in the 60's.
