Much precipitation falls at Sister Pond; most of the rain falls through August, and April is the month with the least moisture. There's so much to do here at Sister Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Cayo Costa State Park is a perfect place for that, and Sister Pond is not far at all from Punta Gorda. This lake is so wonderful. Wildflower Country Club is a golf course near Sister Pond, and let's not forget       Sister Pond Creek which is a stream that you may come across while here. If you came to camp Harbor Lakes Park Model and RV is a brilliant place to do that, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Waterfront is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Sister Pond. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 70's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 70's, and night lows in the 50's for Sister                  Pond. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area near Sister Pond has to offer. Dry warm beds await you at Microtel Inn Port Charlotte.
