Lake Josephine RV Resort is a pleasant campground nearby; a brilliant close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LAKE PLACID. This lake is so wonderful. Henderson's Fish Camp is a pleasant local campground, and there are other places here than Lake Simmons, for example Persimmon Lake. Lake Simmons is a wet site that gets a large amount of rain; June is the month that gets the most rain while April       is generally the driest month. Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not explore Lake Sirena near Lake Simmons, and Four Points by Sheraton Sebring, Chateau Elan is a wonderful site to get some rest. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Footman Trail, and you'll almost certainly meet some people from Sebring here. That right there is a heap already, but it carries on; Lake Simmons has it all. Summertime at Lake Simmons arrives with high temperatures                  in the 90's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 70's.
