All the water falling down from the sky makes Shirley Lake a wet location; most of the rain falls through August, and October is when it's the driest.       This lake is so wonderful. A nice place to camp here at Shirley Lake is Breezy Acres Campground, and why not camp at Mc Cormack RV Park since you're here at Shirley Lake. For the duration of the warm months at Shirley Lake highs are generally in the 90's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
