A magnificent place to camp here at Sheppard Lake is Camel Lake Campground, and if you need a site to stay Super 8 Motel Marianna is a tremendous choice. Sheppard Lake ordinarily gets a lot of precipitation; July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is October. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Sheppard Lake. You have to undeniably pop by West Wynnton       Bend since you're here at Sheppard Lake; going for a hike along the Trail of the Lakes will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. This lake is so wonderful. You could also check out Blue Lake while you're here at Sheppard Lake; it's nearby, and Sheppard Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Torreya State Park is a nice local campground.
