Throughout the summer here at Lake Sheffield, high temperatures frequently get into the 90's. Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 70's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 60's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Lake Sheffield plunge into the 40's. A good spot to camp here at Lake Sheffield is Suncoast RV Center; a lake close by is Lake Disston.       You'll meet a lot of folks from Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater here, and if you're a golfer then a great nearby course is Twin Brooks Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Robert's Moblie Home and RV Resort while you're here at Lake Sheffield; after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn & Suites At Tropicana Field is a pleasant place to spend a night or two. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting things the area in the neighborhood                  of Lake Sheffield has to offer. One of the best things about Lake Sheffield is its proximity to Pass-a-Grille Beach, and Leslee Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at. Lake Sheffield is a wet site that gets lots of rainfall; August is the wettest month with most rain, and April meanwhile is the driest month.
