This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Baptist Lake Trasil, and camping is available at Robin's Nest RV Park.       The high level of rain makes Round Lake a quite wet spot; during the month of July you get the most rain around here, and October on the other hand is the driest. While you're here at Round Lake you will meet lots of folks from nearby Ocala, and not far from Round Lake you'll come across Little Lake Bryant which is a delightful lake.
