Summertime highs at Red Pond frequently tend to be in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 70's. Highs during the wintertime are regularly in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Red Pond are in the 30's. Red Pond is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Northwest Florida Campground is a magnificent local campground,       and Americas Best Inns Marianna is a great place to get some rest. Red Pond is a wet site that gets a good deal of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is October. Just can't get enough of Red Pond. There's so much to do here at Red Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Sunny Oaks Recreational Vehicle Park is a nice spot for that. Swamps don’t sound that wonderful                  but Bonnet Pond near Red Pond is reasonably wonderful; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Open Pond. This lake is so wonderful.
