This is no spot for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. There's so much to do here at Puddin Head Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Destin RV Resort is a pleasant location for that. Don't forget to check out Nelson Point while you're here at Puddin Head Lake, and a picturesque lake like Grass Lake is a wonderful       spot to have a look at. Puddin Head Lake generally gets lots of rain; July is when you get the most rain here; April is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Puddin Head Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Camping On The Gulf Holiday Park is a great local campground, and after a long day outdoors Hampton Inn NicevilleEglin Air Force Base is a nice spot to spend a night or two. At Puddin Head Lake throughout the long summer                  days highs are in the 90's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 70's. During the winter highs are in the 60's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Puddin Head Lake.
