This is a perfect region for folks who like lakes. Holley Pond is a lake close by. During the months of summer at Prairie Ponds highs are usually in the 90's while night lows are typically in the 70's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 50's while Prairie Ponds overnight low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 30's. Navarre Beach Campground is a good local campground, and Prairie       Ponds is a site with many visitors from Fort Walton Beach-Crestview-Destin. You're almost certainly hooked on lakes, Metts Pond is one of those close by; dry warm beds await you at Days Inn and Suites Navarre Conference Center. Prairie Ponds gets a good deal of water; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and October on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
