At The Pond through the summer months highs are in the 90's. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 70's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 60's, and overnight lows in the 40's for The Pond. Lots of people from Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater come to The Pond; why not camp at White Sands Mobile Home Park while you're here at The Pond. A swamp like Double Bayou       close to The Pond has lots of out of the ordinary things to see; a nice nearby hotel is Doubletree Guest Suites Tampa Bay. All the water falling down from the sky makes The Pond a wet spot; throughout the month of August you get the most rain around here, and April on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Take a little spree to Dick Creek while you're here at The Pond, and Rocky Point is close by and always delightful to have a look at.                  The Pond beyond doubt is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. Bay Bayou Traveler is a good local campground.
