You'll meet a lot of people from Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater here, and camping at Avalon RV Resort is always a good experience. During the warmest time of the year, highs generally are in the 90's at The Pond, and throughout the night it cools down to the 70's. The winter comes with highs in the 60's with temperatures at The Pond dipping down into the 40's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. While       you're here at The Pond you can play some golf at Countryway Golf Club, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tampa, Fl is a good site to spend a night or two. Dick Creek is a stream that you may run into during your stay, and Double Bayou is an attention-grabbing swamp in close proximity to The Pond. So many fun things in close proximity to The Pond, definitely fantastic. Don't forget to take a look at Rocky Point while you're                  here at The Pond. The high level of rain makes The Pond a quite wet spot; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and April meanwhile is the driest month.
