You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things at Perch Lake. Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park is a good campground nearby. At Perch Lake through the summer highs are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 70's. The cold days of the wintertime come with       highs in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Perch Lake are in the 40's. A lake nearby is Trout Lake, and near Perch Lake you find a golf course called Meadowbrook Golf Club. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn University is a glorious choice, and Calf Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop at. Lots of precipitation falls at Perch Lake; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is October. This lake is                  so wonderful.
