    It's always fun to stop by Pate Lake. Man, is there heaps of enjoyable things to do in the neighborhood of Pate Lake. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn & Suites is a wonderful choice. Pate Lake is a relatively wet place commonly with a good deal of rainfall; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. High temperatures at Pate Lake during the warmest time of the year are  
   in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Pate Lake are in the 30's.
Dogwood Acres is a brilliant campground nearby, and Pond Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting. Pate Lake is a brilliant place to visit for more than one day, Paradise Lakes Resort is a brilliant place to camp nearby; from Pate Lake you obtain a splendid view of Bess
 
               Nook. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Indian Well Bay is right nearby, obviously you could also stop at Foll Lake if you're here; it's not far at all.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at SUPER 8 MOTEL - CHIPLEY, and a lake close by is Pate Lake.
