Lakes are fine; Sailor Hole is a lake that's close to Pasture Pond. Now, you may assume that's lots but there's even more amusing stuff       to do here at Pasture Pond. In the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Suwannee River, and Lee's Country Campground is a perfect local campground. At Pasture Pond during the months of summer highs are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. All through the                  winter highs are in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Pasture Pond are in the 30's. Lots of rainfall falls at Pasture Pond; most of the rain falls during August while October is commonly the driest month.
