Palmetto Lake is a nice lake to visit. High temperatures at Palmetto Lake during the summertime are in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 70's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Palmetto Lake descend into the 50's. You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up. You're sure to encounter some cheerful people from Miami-Fort Lauderdale-Miami Beach

Campground is a pleasant campground nearby, and enjoy a round of golf at Killian Golf Club. Looking for something near Palmetto Lake? Lake Galloway is around here, and Camp Shalom Of Central Florida is a wonderful local campground.
The high level of rain makes Palmetto Lake a relatively wet spot; most of the rain falls throughout June while December is mostly the driest month.
