Orange Pond gets lots of water; August is when you get the most rain here; October is the month with the least moisture. For the period of the summer months here at Orange Pond, high temperatures usually get into the 90's while nighttime lows are usually in the 70's. The cold       days of the winter come with highs in the 60's with temperatures at Orange Pond dipping down into the 40's during winter nights. The Osceola Trail offers hiking at its best; whitewater paddling is pleasant on Suwannee River. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. Inn and Out RV Park is a wonderful local campground, and you'll in all probability meet some folks from Lake City here. Why not camp at Lee's Country Campground if you're here at Orange                  Pond, and if you're a golfer then a magnificent close by course is Quail Heights Country Club. Lakes? Sure, Hancock Lake is close by. This lake is so wonderful.
