Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 70's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 70's; nighttime lows during the wintertime for Mud Lake tend to be in the 40's. Quality Inn & Suites is a great site to get some rest. Mud Lake is a reasonably wet place usually with much rain; during August this area sees the most rain, and the driest       month is April. If you need a place to stay Microtel Inns and Suites Zephyrhills is a nice choice, and camping at Citrus Hill RV Park and Sales is always a great experience. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Scotland Yards Golf Club, and camping is available at Many Mansions RV Park.
