This lake is so wonderful. Miller Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Hontoon Island State Park is a glorious local campground, and folks from Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach love to come here. During the summertime here at Miller Lake, high temperatures ordinarily get into the       90's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 70's. Highs through the wintertime are generally in the 60's, and overnight lows in the 40's for Miller Lake. If you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn De Land is a magnificent choice; if you're a golfer then a delightful nearby course is Southridge Golf Course. The high level of rainfall makes Miller Lake a relatively wet location; the wettest month of the year is usually August, that's the one that rains the                  most; the driest month is December.
