Sure, Waddells Mill Pond is close to Middle Pond; Tanner Springs is always fun to check out. There's so much to do here at Middle Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Northwest Florida Campground is a fine place for that; if you've had enough of Middle Pond, Jenkins Pond is nearby. Near Middle Pond you find a golf course called Great Oaks Golf Course, and swamps don’t sound that great but Roulhac Pond near Middle Pond is quite great. Through       the summer, highs commonly are in the 90's at Middle Pond while nighttime lows are mostly in the 70's. Highs throughout the winter are regularly in the 60's, and overnight lows at Middle Pond during the wintertime typically dip into the 30's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. A wonderful nearby hotel is Ramada Limited Marianna. Middle Pond frequently gets a great deal of rain; the month with most of the rain is July; the driest month of the year                  is October. This lake is so wonderful.
